We take being an easy company to work with very seriously and are constantly developing our customer support to offer more services, free, to customers.

Do colleagues need a Lux Intelligent account to access shared data?

Yes, your colleagues will need a free account of their own in order to access the data you have shared with them.  There is no charge for an account which is used to access shared data.  There is only a charge for an account if the account is used to upload emergency lighting test data.

When you share data with a colleague they will receive an email inviting them to access the data you have shared with them.  At this point they can log into their Lux Intelligent account if they have one, or they can create an account for free.  Once they have logged in or created an account then the shared data will be visible to them in their account.

Your colleague can also download the mobile apps and access the data via the app on their mobile or tablet device.
